With Now, we have developed an uncomplicated, digital and contactless starter package that you can use to get started regardless of your Logis partner or issuing office.

Before you start, you will receive an email with all the important information. In addition to the current track, you will also find the link to your personal digital starter card. You will need this at the start, at the finish and whenever you reach a checkpoint. You can simply open it by clicking on the link, set it up conveniently at home, test it and simply start on the day of your choice. Once opened, you don't even need an active internet connection - so even dead spots can't affect you.
When you arrive back at the start location and have digitally "stamped" all the checkpoints, you can finish on your own, whereupon you will be added to the finisher list after just a few moments.

The Stoneman [StonemanFullName] runs on a scenic route. You can expect 290 km and 4.900 altitude. The 13 ramps with climbs of up to 18 percent require strength and ambition.

In terms of endurance: The Stoneman is not a race, but your individual challenge. The bronze tour over three days is also well feasible for motivated occasional riders – or for all those for whom the adventure and the landscape experience are in the foreground.

Each Stoneman lasts from 1 to 3 days – we call it gold, silver and bronze.

Decide for yourself whether you want to complete the route in one day, take three days to enjoy nature or choose the middle way and ride for two days.

By the way: If you realize during your ride that you have taken on too much or too little, you can also change the category in between. For example from gold to silver – or the other way around!

Just let your issuing office know.

The Stoneman season is deliberately set so that you can enjoy this unique nature experience to the fullest. Each season has its own highlights to offer.

Thus, the season on the Stoneman Miriquidi Road starts on 25. April and ends on 1. November in agreement with the Forestry and Conservation Offices. You are not allowed to ride the Stoneman outside of this period. It is crucial that you stay on the Stoneman route to give the beautiful flora and fauna along the route room to rest at night. From June to August you have the longest period of time for your Stoneman, during these months the sun shines more than 13 hours.

At any time you will get our support and help in case of questions or problems – from your issuing office and the whole Stoneman team. Each Stoneman stands for a carefully planned route that takes you along cultural and scenic highlights. This makes the Stoneman also attractive for you and your E-MTB! To be fair to your non-motorized fellow riders, your entry on the finisher list will receive a small lightning bolt as an addition. The capacity of our accommodation partners is quite limited. Bottlenecks can occur, especially on long weekends and during major events in the region.

Sufficient water is the most important thing for every Stoneman. Especially on hot days we recommend a hydration backpack.

Along the route you will find various opportunities to replenish your water supply. The route map in the Classic starter pack gives you an overview of all the water points.

At the Stoneman Miriquidi Road the luggage transfer is organized directly by the Tourismusverband Erzgebirge and can be booked here. The price per person per day of travel is €25 (between Oberwiesenthal, Marienberg, Pobershau, Seiffen and Oberlochmühle) and €35 per person per day of travel (from/to Oberwiesenthal to/from Neuhausen, Holzhau, Neuhermsdorf and Altenberg (all districts)). Please note that our luggage transfer will only go to our official Logis partners!

A minimum of equipment is strongly recommended. A replacement tube, tire lever, pump and minitool are recommended on every tour, especially for a special experience like the Stoneman. Valve inserts, a chain riveter and a spare chain can also save you time and nerves in an emergency. Here we have compiled a corresponding checklist for you.
When it comes to equipment, think of yourself - you should definitely have enough water and small energy sources with you.

The official start of your Stoneman will be at your lodging partner or your official drop-off point. In principle, each of our lodging partners has sufficient parking space available. To be on the safe side, we recommend a quick call to your chosen starting point.

By making a reservation, we guarantee the availability of your starter package on the specified starting date - either at an official distribution point or at your lodging partner.

On site you can pick up your starter package the afternoon before the tour - also those of your team members, as long as the team name on the reservations matches.

If it is not possible to collect your starter oack, it is best to directly contact your planned issuing office. Sending the starter packs by mail is not possible for logistical reasons.

For the use either GPS devices or Apps are suitable, which function after download of the map section also offline, for example OsmAnd or Komoot or Experience the Erzgebirge.

The Stoneman lodging partners are perfectly adapted to the needs of bikers. Your bike will be safely stored in a separate room. So you can sit back after each stage without worry and review your Stoneman experience.

Whether Classic, Card or with the Stater Pack Now: you have more than earned your trophy and the legendary stone! You can also collect these easily and contactlessly after your ride.

As soon as you enter your finish, you will automatically receive an e-mail. This will include a link to our finisher store, which contains exclusive items for finishers only. There you will also find the entire trophy as well as the stone and the pedestal individually.

So you can relax and have the trophy delivered to your home, where it will keep your achievement forever and unmistakably.

At the moment the jersey is exclusively available in our online shop, which unfortunately excludes a fitting before purchase. There you will also find detailed info about sizes and fits. By the way: If the jersey does not fit, we can also exchange standard jerseys. When exchanging a customized jersey, there is a service fee. Should it come to that, just write to shop@stoneman.bike.

Basically, the Stoneman starter card will be handed in where you received it, i.e. at your lodging partner or your official issuing office.

Usually, your lodging partner or the issuing office will finish the trip right after you return, show your punched card, and pick up your stone or trophy, if applicable. If there is a lot of business, this may take a day. If your name is not on the list after one day, please contact your partner or send us a message to hello@stoneman.bike. If you have already received your finisher mail, but your name is not on the list, then you probably forgot to check the corresponding box during registration. If you want us to do this for you, please let us know as well. You are already a Stoneman hero after several rides? It is important that you register with the same email address and name each time.

As a Stoneman finisher, you've earned the discount on your jersey.

You will receive the voucher code after your tour with the finisher mail. If you have lost the code, just write us an email with your name, start date and issuing point or lodging partner to shop@stoneman.bike and we will send you your code again.

You have truly earned your trophy!

Don't worry - after the successful completion of the Stoneman Miriquidi Road you will receive an email with all the necessary information. There you will find, among other things, the link to the exclusive finisher store, where you can order your stone or trophy later, in addition to other cool merchandise.
